We providing coaching to help you achieve your goals. Influenced by positive psychology and existential coaching and philosophy, we work in a person centred way to support you to progress towards a happy, abundant and fulfilling life.
Areas of specialism include relationship, career and creativity coaching.
Fees are £100 an hour for individual coaching. A 20% discount (£80 per hour) is available for NHS, uniformed, public-sector staff and seafarers.
